A hassle-free return of your product

At Gaveno Cavailia, we are proud of the superior standard of the items we provide to our customers and want you to love every inch of your fabulous new item. We aim for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if this is not the case, you can arrange a hassle-free return of your product for a refund or an exchange.

Whether the item does not meet requirements, is not what you are expecting, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return your item in the original packaging with your receipt within 30 days.

Let us know you intend to return an item and we will make a note of the expected return. Once we have received your item and verified all is in order, we will issue your refund to your original payment method or send out the replacement product to your address.
